Legislation is Needed

While the list of organizations that disclose salary on their job postings surpasses those that do not, some prominent organizations still lack transparency. We anticipate positive change until Alberta and the rest of Canada adopt appropriate legislation. Given the European Parliament's endorsement of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we urge Canadian policymakers to take similar action.
